I have an older car that was in urgent need of detailing, so I found Lady Mobility Details on Groupon. The pricing seemed fair and within my budget. Instead of booking directly through Groupon, I scheduled the appointment using the link they provided for the next day at 10:00 AM. The booking process was simple, and I prepaid with my credit card without any issues.
I later received a message from Tierra asking to reschedule to 11:30 AM, which worked fine for me. She was professional and communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process.
The detailing took about three and a half hours. Despite my car being quite old and in rough condition, she did an excellent job. She cleaned it thoroughly and carefully, and the car now looks fresh and much cleaner than I expected.
